One of the biggest indie games of all time is getting an upgrade on Nintendo’s newest console. In addition to mouse controls, which will make some tasks like decorating and inventory management slightly more convenient, it’s getting support for new multiplayer options. Stardew Valley on Switch 2 will support four-player split screen, eight-player online play, and GameShare, the Switch 2 feature that allows you to play with another console, even if they don’t have the game. Best of all, this update is completely free.
